The Whale Stem Adaptor Male 1/2″BSP to 12mm male stem is a brass adaptor which will screw into a half-inch BSP thread, enabling it to be joined to a 12mm female push-fit fitting. The stem adaptor is part of the Whale Quick Connect fitting range which ensures a high integrity, reliable, plumbing system solution, specifically designed for use in mobile refu15 applications, ideal for use in caravans, van conversions and motorhomes. The push fittings and pipework design ensures easy installation and re-usability of components. The simple two step installation procedure does not require special tools to make a watertight connection, all you need is some pipe cutters. The Whale brass stem adaptor is compatible with 12mm OD John Guest and Whale semi rigid pipework when used alongside female 12mm push fit connectors – push fit directly onto the stem grooved end. An ideal connector to adapt from 12mm OD pipework to fittings with a half-inch BSP thread.
